I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University currently completing my practicum at Triquetra Counseling under supervision through both the practice and my academic program. I am excited to be in this stage of my training and committed to creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected.
My approach is grounded in Gestalt and Emotionally Focused Therapy, with an additional interest in trauma-informed care. I value slowing down and helping clients build deeper awareness of their emotions, patterns, and relationships. I see therapy as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, compassion, and authenticity.
I enjoy working with adults and couples, with a focus on life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and stress. I believe that understanding ourselves more fully can lead to meaningful growth and lasting change, and that mental health care is an essential part of overall well-being.
I am especially intentional about helping clients connect what they’re feeling in the moment to the larger patterns in their lives, creating insight that feels both grounding and actionable.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy reading fantasy novels and watching comic book movies and shows, and I appreciate stories that explore identity, resilience, and growth.
