I believe that seeking counseling is a sign of strength, not weakness. I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported.
With a background in nutrition, metabolic psychiatry, and experience working in trauma and substance use recovery, I bring a holistic perspective to counseling. I recognize that mental health is influenced by many aspects of our lives and I work with clients to understand the whole person rather than focusing solely on a diagnosis or presenting concern.
I have particular professional interests in trauma, addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, divorce and parental conflict, and perinatal and postpartum mental health. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are navigating major life transitions, relationship changes, difficult family dynamics, or experiences that have left them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and person-centered. I believe clients are the experts on their own lives, and my role is to walk alongside you as you develop insight, strengthen coping skills, work through difficult experiences, and create meaningful change.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, processing past experiences, navigating a relationship or family transition, adjusting to parenthood, or simply feeling stuck, I hope to provide a space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin moving forward.
You don’t have to navigate it alone.
