Hello and welcome!
It is a joy and a privilege to be a therapist, and is a position that I treat with care and intention. As a Charlotte native, I am elated to have the honor of being both an engaged member of our community and an active provider for our community. It is deeply important to me to cultivate a welcoming environment for everyone and anyone. You are safe and valued in my office.
My approach to therapy is eclectic; primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance-Based Therapy (CBT) to create individualized treatment plans for each client and their specific needs. I maintain a trauma-informed lens and perspective in all sessions in order to consistently establish and maintain a compassionate atmosphere. I have extensive experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of ages, genders, races, ethnicities, faiths, sexualities, and life transitions. My office is one of advanced empathy and non-judgement- please come as you are!
Eloise received her Bachelor's in Art Studies at North Carolina State University and remained in the Research Triangle to earn her Master's in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Eloise provides both in-person and virtual therapy in North Carolina. When she is out of office, you may find her crafting, baking, or at the nearest comic book store.
